admission itself. Apart from this, you need to collect/buy suitable textbooks,

E-learning: - Enroll
yourself as a student of E-learning from the beginning to enjoy the
immense benefit it offers, even if you are taking oral coaching.
If
you are taking postal coaching, E-learning can fill the gap between you
and a faculty.

Study
hours: - Spend at least 6-8 hours on daily basis for your
preparation, covering all the subjects. However, this needs
to go up to 12-14 hours gradually as the exam approaches.
As an E-student, log in to the site regularly and
actively participate in all chat sessions.
Trend and pattern of questions:
- Make an analysis of the trend and pattern of the
questions for the last 5 years (10 terms) in order to have a clear idea about the
important chapters and type of questions. It is better if you solve
more and more question
papers.
Oral Coaching: - Attend
all the classes regularly, sincerely and make interaction with your
faculties and friend.
As an E-student, you can participate in
on-line assignments, chat, quiz and directly contact the e-faculties to clarify
your doubts at convenient time.
Study
groups: - Make your own study group for better sharing of knowledge,
doubts, notes, textbooks, suggested answers, scanners etc. As an E-student, you can really make use of the
E-group and the global access.
Study
notes: - Prepare your own study note (subject wise and chapter wise)
after understanding the subject thoroughly and keep on improving
the same on
a regular basis.
Simple
way to prepare yourself: - ♦ Memorize the
important points, provisions of important Sections, definitions, case
laws, examples, and
quotations etc. After
understanding them Use the morning hours for the same ♦ Select the
important questions from each chapter and prepare a model
answer for the same. ♦
Focus on writing simple and correct English in order to impress the examiner.
♦
Make a habit of writing and solving the problems on a regular basis. ♦ Take periodical
break (of around 5 to 10 minutes) at least after each hour
of study. Go for a walk or read news papers, magazines, motivational
books etc. for refreshment.
Study Techniques:

Before making any plan, collect study materials, suggested
answers, scanners, previous question papers and at least a
couple of textbooks.
♦
Prepare a day-wise Plan of Action (Half
yearly/Quarterly/Monthly) and stick on to it.
♦
Revise it from time to time considering the progress and
need.
♦
Keep a day-to-day record of what you study/read. It is
also better if you record and analyze the time you spend for
your study.
♦
Study the trend of questions (Chapter/Block wise) and
list out all possible theory questions.
♦
Systematically prepare your own notes for each chapter.
♦
Preferably use ruling papers/copies for notes.
♦
Attempt to solve a few problems from each chapter on day
-to-day basis and make a target of solving 50 to 200 problems (depending on the
importance of the chapter) over a period of time.
♦
Even when you practice at your home, answer each of the
question systematically and think as if you are in the
examination hall.
♦
At least make a habit of writing 10 to 15 pages (theory
questions/ formulae/ provisions / definitions etc.)
everyday.
♦
Paste the formulae/sections/definitions etc. on the walls,
just above your study table so that you can memorize them very
easily.
♦
Collect catchy words and statements for each chapter and
suitably use them in your answers to make your answer
impressive and different.
♦
Share your thoughts and doubts with your faculties,
e-group, friends and seniors. Take their guidance whenever
you find any opportunity.
♦
Make a note of your doubts/difficulties and clear
it/discuss them with your faculty/friends, when you get a
chance.
♦
Never miss an exam.
