Order under Section 119 of the IncQrne ..tax A,t. 1961
Considering the large-scale devastation due to recent natural calamity in the State of Urtarakhand. the Central Board of Direct Taxes, in exercise of powers conferred under section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, hereby extends the ‘due-date’ for filing Returns of Income required co be furnished by 3pt July, 2013 to 31St October, 2013, in respect of income-tax assessees residing or assessed in the State of Uttarakhand.
