Candidate Profile and Job Description:-
Candidate should have the knowledge of the Drafting Agenda, Notices, Director Reports, Resolutions, Minutes etc.
Compliance with Govt. Rule & regulation Filing of Various Form.
Listing Compliance & Quarterly- Drafting of legal Agreement
Corporate Governance Report Compliances under RBI & SEBI
Incorporation of Companies Filling of Annual Accounts under XBRL Format.
Responsible for Directors report, Responsibility statement etc,
Scrutinisation of Balance sheet,P/L account With Annual Return
Maintenance of Statutory Books and Records.
Inspection of documents.
Compliance with Govt. Rule & regulation relating to Taxation/Labour Law/Credit Rating etc.
Experience:-
Candidate should have the experience of the minimum 3 years of experience.
Salary offered:-
Salary offered to the candidate up to 5.5 lac Negotiable depend on the interviews
