ICAI requests members to share difficulties being faced in e-filling of Tax Audit Reports

Direct Taxes Committee of ICAI requests members to share difficulties being faced in e-filling of tax audit reports.

As the members are aware, the Direct Taxes committee of ICAI makes suitable representations to the Central Board of Direct Taxes or other appropriate bodies on various issues arising out of direct tax laws from time to time which are brought to the notice of the Committee by the members. Recently it has been brought to the notice of the committee that certain difficulties are being faced by the members in e-filling of tax audit reports i.e. Form 3CA/3CB & 3CD.

To address the issues being faced, ICAI proposes to submit a detailed representation to appropriate authorities. In order to cover the issues comprehensively, we request the members to share the difficulties being faced by them while filling or uploading the tax audit reports at dtc.memoranda@icai.in preferably by 20^th July, 2013. Timely response will enable us to share the issues with the concerned authorities so that the best possible solutions to the issues can be worked out.
