Annual Business Plan	·   Establish Clear process and calendar (including Standard output formats / Input sheets / KPIs) for ABP and Rolling Forecasts
Rolling Forecasts	·   Co-ordinate with all functions for relevant inputs for ABP / Rolling forecast financials. ·   Perform a sanity check and validate the forecasted financials against past performance/norms and targets set by  Management
Monthly MIS	·   Analyze and review financial statements and prepare detailed periodical reports and monthly MIS decks for various stakeholders. ·   Support the monthly financial performance review presentation to the top management
Cash flow management	·   Negotiate the favorable interest rates, monitor the idle funds and keep a check on the cash flow ·   Provide banking support to the operations team when required
Commercial Monitoring and CAPEX approvals	·   Ensure financial modelling for PFRL stores ·   Set up commercial and financial norms for the opening of PFRL stores and ensure the store operations process is as per norms ·   Ensure the CAPX budget is contained within plans and highlight deviations of any
People Management	·   Identify, develop and groom talent within the team. ·   Set clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback to the team on a regular basis
