Job Description:
* Finalization of financial statements of the company i.e. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c, Notes to Accounts etc.
* Filing of Service Tax, TDS, Works Contract Tax, and UP VAT return.
* Preparation of Income Tax Search & Seizer assessment cases of the company, group companies and their Directors.
* Preparation of Projected Financial Statements for submission to Financial Institutions and Banks.
