3rd TRANCHE OF DRAFT RULES ON DEPOSIT, SFIO AND NATIONAL FINANCIAL REGULATORY AUTHORITY HAS BEEN POSTED ON THE WEBSITE FOR SUGGESTIONS/COMMENTS. LAST DATE FOR SUBMITTING SUGGESTIONS/ COMMENTS IS 05/11/2013
The MCA has extended by 4 days the last date for accepting suggestions/ comments for the 3rd tranche of Draft Rules being framed under the Companies Act, 2013. Now, such suggestions/ comments can be given till 5th November 2013. In this phase, following 3 Chapters have been covered:
1. Chapter V - Acceptance of Deposits by Companies
2. Chapter IX - Accounts of Companies (National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA)
3. Chapter XIV - Inspection, Inquiry and Investigation
The Ministry has already invited suggestions/ comments for the first and second tranche of Draft Rules being framed under the Companies Act, 2013. Under the first tranche of Draft Rules, 16 Chapters had been covered and under the 2nd tranche, nine chapters have been covered. Today was the last date for giving suggestions/ comments for the 2nd tranche of Draft Rules.
All the Draft Rules put out for public comments, as also the Companies Act, are available on the website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
