Job Description
    We are looking for an Energetic Individual to join us In Bangalore India operations for our Swensens Brand Premium Ice cream Parlours. Will work closely with Top International Leader in this field in the area of Accounting, Management Accounting, Costing, Operational Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Marketing Strategies.

    Responsibilities
    Daily & Monthly MIS Preparation & Review and responsible for reporting final numbers to Finance Director
    Preparation of Month, Quarter and Annual Financial Budgets
    Engaged in Monitoring the Cost and Variance Analysis i.e. to determine difference between projected & actual results.
    Preparation of Cost-Benefit Analysis of Existing & Potential Operations.
    Preparation of management presentations relating to Sales, COGS & Gross Margin.
    Preparation of Profitability statement on monthly basis and analyzing the profitability on various parameters like Retail Store wise, region wise, channel wise.
    Preparing presentations for cost centre wise Corporate Expense Review regarding the - employee cost, Travelling and Admin Cost, etc and suggestions for optimization of the costs.
    Utilizing various software applications, such as spreadsheets, TALLY , Excel to assemble, manipulate and format data & reports. Must be highly skilled in using VLookup and Pivot Table creating Excel Data base.
    Finalization of Accounts on Monthly (before 4th of Each Month) Quarterly and Yearly basis (up to trial balance).
    Resolving Accounting Discrepancies and Reviewing Reconciliations of sub ledger to the General Ledger.
    Review of General Ledger Balances and comparison with preceding periods and budgets with Variance report.
    Reconciliation of Credit card Payment received from Bank and Account Payable.
    Reviewing of Bank account reconciliation.
    Ensuring proper accounting for Fixed Assets, to ensure correct capitalization
    Audit of Different Dumps & Reconciliation of Stock on Weekly & Monthly basis.
    Filling of Direct and Indirect tax return, eg TDS, VAT & Service Tax, CST and Excise Duty
    Good in Filling System.
