Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in any discipline with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Post Qualification Work Experience & Other stipulations : Minimum post qualification experience of two years as Company Secretary, in a company listed in any of the stock exchange of India.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
Selection will be through on-line test and/or interview.
