Post Name : Company Secretary Minimum Educational Qualifications : a) Graduate in any discipline with  minimum 55% marks and  5% relaxation for SC/ST. b) Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India  (ACS) with computer Literacy. Total No of Post : 01 Age Limit(in yrs) :  Interested candidates who are appearing for this post should have the age of  28 years as on 01.12.2014. Pay Scale/Salary(in Rs.) :  Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around  Rs.19,400 to 28,100/- per month. Application Fee :  Candidates have to pay application fee DD  Rs.1000/-
